Rebecca Arenson-Rachlinski
Administrative Assistant

After graduating from Carleton College with a BA in Geology, Rebecca worked as an educator for non-profits in Michigan, Virginia, and Oregon. In Oregon she loved the incredible geology.  She then studied marine science and wetlands for her MS degree at the College of William & Mary/Virginia Institute of Marine Science, followed by a diverse career at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in mapping, natural resource damage assessment, coral reef education, and ocean policy. Her interest in nonprofits led her to a grant writing position with an adult literacy group, and now to working for IPC. She is passionate about supporting native pollinators and healthy watersheds, fascinated with green roofs, and enjoys that her yard provides a safe haven for animals. She also enjoys quilting, being on the water, and exploring the outdoors with her family and two dogs.
