Erin Stubbs

Erin is a Maryland Eastern Shore native, and currently lives in the mid-shore region.  She received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a triple focus of environmental studies, business, and communications at Salisbury University. While at SU she was a Fulton student ambassador, career peer, SGA sustainability committee senator, peer leader to Acadia Maine, UN Millennium Fellowship graduate, and the president of the Environmental Student Association. Erin has completed a study abroad in Costa Rica, an internship at ShoreRivers where she assisted with water quality and bacteria monitoring (among other efforts), as well as a study abroad internship at the Rediscovery Centre in Dublin, Ireland. As the business, research, and communications intern, Erin focused on circular economy policy in Europe and started the Colour to Communities event for the Paint Reuse Network. In her free time, Erin loves to be outdoors, traveling, eating local cuisine, and living a wholesome, holistic, and sustainable life. She’s enjoying a major chapter of life as a first-time mom to her 1-year-old son, Finley, and a seasoned fur mom to her 4 pets.
